60-Day Return Policy

FOR UNOPENED ITEMS: You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund (minus shipping cost). Item may be subject to a restocking charge of 10% if item is not in perfect resale condition. Product must be returned freight pre-paid, boxed, and in resale condition.

FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: All items are covered under manufacturer warranty. If the item is defective, please contact us and we will help you with your replacement.

RETURN PROCESS: If you need to return an unopened item, simpy call us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) and instructions on shipping the item back to us.

FOR OPENED ITEMS: Opened and installed items are subject to a minimum 45% restocking fee. Please contact customer service.

FREE Shipping & Other Details

PROCESSING TIME: Most orders leave our factory facility within 3-5 days. Each product is handmade, so we cannot guarantee a faster turnaround time, though it does happen.

EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES: Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders will incur a shipping charge.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We cannot guarantee that items will be processed quicker, but we can expedite your shipping via UPS. This will incur an extra shipping charge.

Shipping is FREE to all domestic USA orders within the 48 continguous states. Alaska and Hawaii may incur an extra shipping charge. We use UPS Ground for most items, and truck carrier for very large units (no extra cost to you).

Before placing any international orders, please contact us so we can ensure that you will be receiving the proper outlets and fittings to suit your home or facility.

Please also note that shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its product page. To reflect UPS's shipping policy, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
