60-Day Return Policy
FOR UNOPENED ITEMS: You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit or a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Product must be returned freight pre-paid, boxed, and in resale condition. Item may be subject to a restocking charge of 10% if the item is not in resale condition.
FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: All items are covered by manufacturer warranty. If the item is defective, please contact us and we will help you with your replacement.
SIMPLE RETURN PROCESS: If you need to return an unopened item, simply call us or email us for return merchandise authorization and instructions on shipping the item back to us.
FREE SHIPPING: We ship free to all 48 contiguous United States on ALL orders. No minimum order. No exclusions.
ALASKA & HAWAII: Alaska and Hawaii are charged shipping. We do not have any handling fees. Shipping is simply a pass-through cost directly from FedEx or UPS (your choice at checkout). Please also note that shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its product page. To reflect UPS’s shipping policy, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders incur shipping charges. Before placing any international orders, please contact us so we can ensure that you will be receiving the proper outlets and fittings to suit your home or facility. You may prefer to ship to a USA-based freight forwarder, since we can ship free to the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder would then bill you for shipment from their facility to your home.
PROCESSING TIME: Most orders leave our factory facility within 3-5 days. Each product is handmade, so we cannot guarantee a faster turnaround time, though it does happen.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We cannot guarantee that items will be processed quicker, but we can expedite your shipping via UPS. This will incur an extra shipping charge.
